I do not have a van. I set up in your home to groom your dog(s). Please make sure you are aware of this before booking.

What Payment Methods do you accept?

I accept card payments (I use a Square card reader) and bank transfer (I use Monzo).

Do you groom pregnant or unvaccinated dogs/cats?

Whilst this is something I can do, there will need to be a consent form signed as this is at the owners own risk. I am able to groom pregnant bitches up to 10-14 days before their due date.

What should I do if my dog/cat has sensitive skin?
Your dog's wellbeing is my top priority! All shampoo used is free from SLS, SLES, Alcohol and parabens. This is also puppy friendly and vegan, as well as being cruelty free!

How long will my appointment take?

This can vary by dog, due to size and coat condition.


How often should my dog/cat be groomed?
All pets should be groomed every 4 to 6 weeks, depending on coat type and condition.

How fast can I get a quote?
I typically respond within one working day, sometimes sooner. As I will be working I am unable to respond to messages immediately but I will contact you as soon as possible.
 

What should I do if I need to cancel or change my appointment?

That's absolutely fine! I am quite flexible, however I must advise that this is no less than 48 hours before your appointment, so I can pass on your slot to another customer on the cancellation list. Should you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, this will result in having to take a cancellation fee of 50% the value of the booked appointment.


Ear Plucking and Anal Glands

I do not provide these services. I would recommend visiting your vet should you need either of these treatments due to the invasive nature and risks of infections.

Do you offer Nail Clipping?
This in included in all services. If you do only need a nail-clip the minimum charge is £30


How old should my dog/cat be to have a groom?

Your puppy should be groomed from 12 weeks of age and it is recommended that you attend a salon regularly to assist socialisation and handling.

I have a short haired dog/cat, do they need grooming?

All dogs/cats require grooming. Removal of shedding/top coat helps improve the coat condition and stops hair loss in the home.
